We'll try and keep this as short and as easy as we can without risking the quality of your feedback. What version of REsearch are you using?: You can normally tell by looking at the logo in the top left of REsearch. If it is green, the you're in 5.0 TEST. If it is Blue, then you are in REsearch Cross Browser. If it looks like a condo building, then you aren in 4.5.
